Payton's Project is currently looking for volunteers to be among our Committee Managers and a few people to help during our events
Event Volunteers
Golf Scramble
When: Friday, September 20th, 2024 from 6:30 am-3:00 pm
Where: Twin Base Golf Club (3565 Communications Blvd, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433)
Golf Scramble volunteers are needed to help in shifts to check in golfers at the beginning of the event, monitor the Payton's Project table at the clubhouse throughout, and sell items and raffle tickets.
Softball Tournament
When: Saturday, October 12th and Sunday, October 13th
Where: Nokesville, VA (Parks TBA)
Volunteers will be needed in shifts at each tournament location to help monitor the tables, sell items, and spread the word about the Payton's Project cause.
Committee Manager Positions
Fundraising Manager
Reaches out to businesses and private individuals to raise funds in support of the Mission Statement that includes the Freeze Bullying For Payton (FBFP) Scholarship, School Wellness Room Grants and Payton’s Peers Group Counseling initiative. Will work directly with Payton’s Project Executive Board on all fundraising activities.
Marketing Manager
Reaches out to businesses, other 501c3 charitable organizations and private individuals to create partnerships that align with Our Mission Statement. This individual will also work to establish connections to local and national media. Will work directly with Payton’s Project Executive Board on all public communications.
